Zachry American Infrastructure – San Antonio-based construction company who was awarded development rights for the first leg of the Trans Texas Corridor (TTC) that parallels I-35 and was partner with Cintra on a bid to build the San Antonio toll starter system on 281 and Loop 1604 and SH 121 in Collin and Denton counties. Cintra-Zachry was awarded the first foreign-controlled tollway project in the history of Texas which is part of the TTC-35 project.
