WORK TO MAKE YOUR PARTY'S PLATFORM ANTI-TOLL
Attend your county convention held in your local area this weekend. That's where you can introduce resolutions for your county to adopt to be included in your party's platform. It's what we use to pressure politicians to do what the grassroots want on toll road reform.
Here are our THREE proposed 2018 county convention resolutions that will advance and, hopefully, make it into your party's platform.
In the case of the GOP platform, it's very anti-toll as currently written. So please pass our resolution to KEEP THE ANTI-TOLL plank of the GOP PLATFORM at your precinct convention. But it's also critical to pass the resolution to demand they REMOVE THE TOLLS once the road is paid for!
For the Democratic Party, it needs some more work to be as strong as the GOP platform.

Though we've passed a state law that prohibits tolls on existing highway lanes, Trump is pushing it at the federal level. So we MUST be vigilant to STOP any effort to impose DOUBLE TAX tolls on ANY existing lane!
