Ask Senator Cruz to 'Repeal the Kill Switch' in the next highway bill.

Remind him the Republican Party of Texas (its governing body, the SREC) passed a UNANIMOUS resolution last May (2025) asking congress to repeal the kill switch (which we hand-delivered to him last year). We also hand delivered a coalition letter (in 2023) with over 200 grassroots asking him to do the same. We also hand delivered our one page policy statement (see below) about why the kill switch MUST BE repealed a few weeks ago.

We can’t let this government surveillance system to be unleashed in every car in America.

Once this is in our cars, we will NEVER get it out!
